The OWEGO Animal Mosaic Series is a public art installation created by mosaic artist Emily Jablon and the Tioga Arts Council in the alleyway at 55-57 North Avenue in Owego, NY

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the project was held on October 1, 2025. The project aims to help beautify the community space in the alley.
